Many customers have questions about our process and other options they are considering.

• Zinc Plating is used to slow rusting. It should not be considered as bright cosmetic finish. 
• Cold rolled steel has nicer finish then hot rolled.
• Electro Polishing Stainless does not remove scratches. It shines the scratch.
• Aluminum in its raw form, cannot be painted without peeling later.
• Zinc Phosphate is a heavy crystal coating used to absorb oil to retard rusting.
• Black Oxide finish does NOT retard rust. It is similar to “gun blue” and needs oil.
• All dead holes and welded tubing will hold chemical solutions and drain on part later.
• Electro Plating & Polishing have their limitations. Their inside may not be plated or polished.
